We are currently opening doors for our First 20 Founding Members. We aren’t just looking for participants; we are looking for Architects.

Why 20? Because quality requires focus.
Most networking groups are too large to be effective. We believe in the Rule of 20. A small, intimate group allows for deep dives into each other’s business models, creating enough time to explore, understand, and solve real bottlenecks.

The Founding Members Circle: Building the Foundation Together

The "Givers-First" Philosophy

The secret to a winning community is a simple truth:
We grow by lifting others. As a Founding Member, you aren’t just joining a group, you are building an ecosystem where:

Your Expertise is the Catalyst

Share your journey to help a peer avoid a pitfall.

Your Network is the Bridge

Open doors for others, knowing they are doing the same for you.

Collaborative Scaling

We believe that when one member wins, every member’s value increases.

Founder’s story

Riddhi Soni

The Missing Playbook of Indian Business
To my fellow founders and builders,

The biggest challenge Indian businesses face today isn’t a lack of ambition, it’s the “Execution Gap.” We all know what we want to build, but the “how” is often hidden behind closed doors. Whether it is navigating the complexities of arranging low-cost finance, sourcing reliable raw materials in a volatile market, or implementing the right technology without getting overcharged, these are the lessons you won’t find in any MBA textbook or YouTube video.

Why I Built This Community
I realized that while we are all fighting our own battles, we are often fighting the same ones. Why should you spend six months finding a vendor that your peer already trusts? Why should you struggle with a technology hurdle that someone else has already cleared?
This community is designed for the people who don’t want to give up!

Financial Risks to Operational Depth
Tech Integration to Sales Growth it is a complete data pack for today’s entrepreneur.

The winning secret was never a solo journey. It was always about the right mindset, the right resources, and the right people.
Let’s scale, together.

Why Join as a Founding Member?

Being Founding Member Responsiblity
Shape the DNA:
You help decide the topics, the speakers, and the direction of this community. It is built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
Lifetime "Founding Status":
You will forever be recognized as the pillar of this community, with permanent perks and priority access to all future sub-chapters and elite events.
Direct Influence:
Get direct access to the leadership team (including myself) to suggest features and resources that your specific business needs.
Founding Fee:
Lock in a "Early-Adopter" membership rate that will never increase for as long as you remain a member.

The Commitment

We ask for one thing: Active Contribution.
We are looking for people who understand that a community is like a bank,
you can only withdraw (get help/business) once you have made a deposit (give advice/referrals).

How it works?

After you join the group of 20 people, strengthen thw value together. Every 3 months, our groups are strategically reshuffled. This ensures that while you maintain deep roots with your initial circle, you get fresh perspectives and new high-level connections every quarter. By rotating, you don’t just meet people; you “fill your bucket” with the collective wisdom of the entire community over time.

The “Hot Seat” (Direct Implementation)

In every meeting, one of the 20 members is put on the “Growth Hot Seat.

The Goal:  The other 19 members spend 30 minutes providing immediate solutions, contacts, and frameworks. This is Implementation in real-time.

The Accountability “Sprints”

Process: At the end of every monthly meet, members must declare ONE big “Growth Goal” for the next 30 days.

The Goal: In the next meeting, the first 10 minutes are dedicated to “Did you do it?” If not, the group helps identify the mindset block that stopped them.

“Shadow Day” Exchanges

To truly understand “Collaborative Scaling,” you must see how others operate.

Process: Two members from different industries spend 4 hours in each other’s offices.

The Goal: To observe internal systems, culture, and processes.
